Experts say that the breeding of Aedes mosquitoes increases during the monsoon season, leading to a surge in dengue infections. The DGHS has urged citizens to stay alert and to keep stored water clean to prevent mosquito breeding.

Government hospitals continue to provide dengue treatment services. However, the rising number of patients has created additional pressure on the healthcare system, prompting the need for enhanced preparedness.

Public health experts emphasize that dengue control is not possible without the combined efforts of local government authorities, city corporations, and the general public.
