Three more children die with measles symptoms at RAMEC Hospital
Rajshahi Medical College (RAMEC) Hospital has reported the deaths of three more children with symptoms of measles. Currently, a total of 149 children with measles symptoms are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
On Saturday (April 4) at noon, the hospital spokesperson Dr. Shankar Kumar Biswas confirmed the information, stating that these three children died with measles symptoms within 24 hours, from Friday (April 3) noon to Saturday noon.
He further stated that during this time, 25 patients with measles symptoms were admitted to the hospital, while three children recovered and were discharged. So far, a total of 377 patients with measles symptoms have been admitted to the hospital, and 38 children have died while undergoing treatment with measles symptoms.
