The Bangladesh Awami League has announced month-long programs marking the fiery month of March

On the occasion of the great Independence month, fiery March, the Bangladesh Awami League has announced month-long programs. These programs have been adopted to observe the important days of March with due dignity, remembering the historic role of the Father of the Nation Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the spirit of the great Liberation War.

The party said that March is a month of pride, pain, and inspiration in the national life of Bengalis. Under the leadership of Bangabandhu, Bangladesh achieved independence through a long nine-month bloody war and the sacrifices of three million martyrs and two hundred thousand dishonored mothers and sisters. Remembering that history, various political, social, and cultural programs have been planned.
